Sedation Dentistry
At Odontoville, we provide sedation for both anxious children and adults, also individuals with special needs. There are some people with dental phobia, thus unable to sit through a routine procedure. For such patients, our dentist will determine how good a candidate such a patient is and plan the treatment in conjunction with our consultant anaesthetist
While general anaesthesia is safe and effective, the sedation option allows the patient to remain conscious and responsive to the dentist but nevertheless, relaxed during the procedure. Sedation dentistry attracts an additional cost.
